We’ve introduced a new way to structure your booking flow with Category-First Booking 🎉

You can now let customers start by selecting a category (like Hair, Spa, Wellness) before choosing a service—making discovery easier and the booking experience more intuitive.

📦 What’s Included

  • Category-first booking flow — Start the booking experience with category selection instead of services
  • Configurable setup — Enable this from your Global settings > Booking Page based on how your business is structured
  • Services scoped to category — Customers only see services within the selected category, reducing clutter
  • Add another service flow improved — Customers can go back and choose the same or a different category

🖼️ Category Enhancements

  • Category images — Add images to make categories more visual and engaging
  • Category descriptions — Provide context to help customers understand what each category includes
  • Clean card-based layout — Categories are displayed in an easy-to-browse format
  • Categories without services are automatically hidden

⚙️ Flexible by Design

  • This is fully optional — your existing booking flow remains unchanged
  • If not enabled, booking continues to start with service selection as before
